Business Law Marketing Pricing, Posted by the Month

Business law marketing pricing here is the same for every firm: three levels of search work and three of ad management, each billed monthly. Nothing waits behind a phone call, which is how we would want a firm to treat an owner who asks about fees.

Organic Growth plans for firms that want more practice-area pages

Silver adds pages and listing work around the site you have. Gold and Platinum add more pages and a website we run for the firm.
  • Organic Growth Silver

    $1,495/mo

For firms that already like their website: we add the pages, listing work and AI-ready facts around it.

    • Twenty-five landing pages published monthly, each tied to a practice area, matter type or place
    • Strategic Content Assets each month (four on this tier)
    • Site audit with repairs for slow pages, thin titles, dead links and heavy images
    • Google Business Profile claimed and tuned for each office
    • Duplicate listings merged, plus a review-invitation routine your counsel approves
    • Practice areas, jurisdictions and intake steps laid out as facts AI answers can use
    • Each month a report listing calls and form requests next to the tasks we completed
  • Organic Growth Platinum

    $3,495/mo

Made for firms with several offices, a long practice-area list or many cities to cover.

    • One hundred landing pages published monthly, each tied to a practice area, matter type or place
    • Strategic Content Assets each month (twelve on this tier)
    • Site audit with repairs for slow pages, thin titles, dead links and heavy images
    • Google Business Profile claimed and tuned for each office
    • Duplicate listings merged, plus a review-invitation routine your counsel approves
    • Practice areas, jurisdictions and intake steps laid out as facts AI answers can use
    • Each month a report listing calls and form requests next to the tasks we completed
    • A custom website for the firm, designed and run by us from top to bottom
    • Hosting, security updates and edits handled by us, so nobody at the firm touches the back end
    • Room to add offices, attorney pages and practice areas as the firm grows

Stop after any month with a short note. No startup fee was ever charged, and no term needs to be unwound.

Ad management for a firm's consultation calendar, priced by platform count

The platforms bill you for clicks, and our fee sits beside that bill, flat and separate.
  • One ad platform

    $895/mo

Choose one platform and we run all of it. That platform bills you for clicks; none of that money passes through us.

    • A single platform of your choice: Google Ads, Bing Ads or Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
    • The ad account belongs to your firm and you keep the login
    • We write the ads, assemble the keyword lists and set up call tracking
    • Negative keywords that filter out job seekers, template shoppers and law-school searches
    • Click charges settled between you and the platform
    • A monthly report showing what the spend produced: calls and consultation requests
  • Three ad platforms

    $2,295/mo

All three platforms live together. Google, Microsoft and Meta each bill for their own clicks, and our fee stays flat and separate.

    • All three at once: Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
    • The ad accounts belong to your firm and you keep the logins
    • We write the ads, assemble the keyword lists and set up call tracking
    • Negative keywords that filter out job seekers, template shoppers and law-school searches
    • Click charges settled between you and each platform
    • A monthly report showing what the spend produced: calls and consultation requests

Stop after any month with a short note. No startup fee was ever charged, and no term needs to be unwound.

Choosing a level by matter types, offices and who answers the phone

Start from the calendar, not the budget. A solo attorney who takes three kinds of matter in one county needs fewer new pages than a firm covering formation, leases, partner disputes and employer advice in four cities. Count the matter types and places you want pages for, and that count points to a level faster than a sales call would.

Then count the attorneys and offices the work has to feed. More offices mean more Maps listings to keep straight, and more attorneys mean more people reading drafts. If intake is one person with a full desk, start smaller.

Last, look at the website. Silver assumes the site you have is sound; Gold and Platinum include one that we run. Ads sit on top of any level and need landing pages that match each matter, and the attorney approves everything before it runs.

Four questions a managing partner asks about fees and terms

Is there an agreement to sign, and can a month be the last one?

Each invoice covers one month and nothing after it. No startup fee was charged and no term needs renewing. If a month was the last, tell us, and the next invoice never exists.

Who pays the ad platforms for the clicks on a firm's campaigns?

The firm pays them directly, apart from our fee. Our management charge is $895 monthly with one platform, $1,595 with two and $2,295 with three, and the click budget follows what your consultation calendar can absorb.

Do you build a website for a firm on its own?

Not on its own. The sites come with Gold ($2,495) and Platinum ($3,495), custom-built, hosted and maintained by us. Silver ($1,495) works around the site the firm already has.

Is Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) one of the platforms a firm can choose for ad management?

Yes, it counts as one, the same as Google or Microsoft's Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising). Legal categories carry their own platform rules, so audience choices and creative go to the firm's counsel first.

Tell us which matters your firm wants more of.

Say which practice areas keep your calendar full, which ones you would like to take on more of, and where your attorneys practice. You get one monthly figure and a straight read on what fits. Leave client names and case details out of the note, since this is a marketing inquiry and not a place for confidential information.

The stack of pages being initialed is an illustration. It predicts nothing for any firm, client or matter.
